Does Hepatitis C Infection Get Transmitted From The Mother To The Child?
I m adopting a child who is 18 months old. I just received his medical record and it says his mother has hep c, and the child will need to be checked for hep c at his next doctors visit. Is it likely he will have it? What are the chances he will pass it on to my other children if he does have it?

Hepatitis c is transmitted from the mother to the fetus intravaginal during the labor .Wait fort he lab tests results.It is not transmitted with touching saliva or other means except the blood.
