Hi i read your query very carefully.

Your concerns are related to the cold you are having. The fever is asociated with tachycardia, light headed and muscular pain.

I suggest taking antiinflamator pills (such as advil or tylenol) to ease your concerns.

If this persist more than a week call your doctor.

Hope it was of help!
