General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

When the liver is being overworked, it generates too much heat – and because it is such a large organ, it causes the whole body to overheat. So, the excess sweating is simply the reaction of overheated body trying to cool itself.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr AJEET SINGH, General & Family Physician
