Does Fatigue, Lower Abdominal Tightness And Frequent Urination Indicate Pregnancy?

Ive been feeling really sick when I wake up in the morning but I dont actually do anything and it normally goes away two hours later. Ive also been really tired lately, any chance I get, ill sleep for hours. Ive also noticed my lower abdomen feels a bit tight and its slightly swelling I guess you could say. Ive also been having really bad mood swings and small cramps here and there coming from my lower abdomen. Ive also been urinating more than normal, about 2 times a hour. also it hurts to have sex lately? can this be another sign of pregnancy?

I would like to ask you something
- Your periods are yet to come ??? OR
- Are they over due??
These can be sign of pregnancy or PMS( pre menstural syndrome)
-If they are yet to come
then you should wait
-If they are over due then you should
>Go for pregnancy test.
> Get your pelvic ultrasound done.
And then consult your gynaecologist if necessary.
