Does Excessive Cola Cause Light Headedness?
Hi. My name is Julie and my concern is regarding my fiance.He drinks alot of coca cola all day like if it was water. He also has trouble sleeping and takes some nyquil but then drinks coca cola after. He sometimes feels shaky and light headed is that because of the cola?

Coke is not known to cause light headedness. Still it is harmful when taken in excess /can cause-dental caries, weakness of bones, kidney stones, weight gain , blood pressure rise.(Excessive cola can cause head ache- please get his BP checked.)
Nyquil is a drug to control common cold. It induces sleep & a person taking the pill on empty stomach/ in day time and so does not sleep after the pill -he is bound to get light headedness.
