General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

As a physician I would like to tell you that Implantation of embryo in IVF mainly depends on 3 factors as Transfer efficiency, Embryo quality and Endometrial efficiency. As these three are important factors I would say fever would not be a thing to concern.

Hope this will help you. Feel free to ask any further question. Have a nice day.

Regards,
Dr. Abhijeet
