Hi, I have gone through your question. Duphastone is progesterone which supports the pregnancy by making uterine environment more favourable for conception. Duphastone leads to delay in periods, but the periods do occur within7-10 days of stopping the drug.
I would suggest you to do a urine pregnancy test done and if positive then do consult an OBGYN specialist for further management.
If the urine pregnancy test is negative, then do wait for7-10 days after stopping the drug, if the periods still don't come, then it may be due to hormonal disturbances, for which you should be investigated.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
