Does Delayed Menopause Increase The Risk Of A Heart Attack?

I m going to be 51 this year, but my doctor said I m not ready for menopause yet. I was just reading on your website that it causes heart problems. My mother just passed away 4 month s ago from a heart attack and my dad was 49 when he had his. I feel I m at a higher risk. What can I do now to help myself before I start going through menopause? Thank You Kelly
