Does Contraceptive Pill Intake Interfere With DHEA Test Results?
Hi I am a 26yr old married female. My doctor suspects a hormonal imbalance in me & has recommended Testosterone & DHEA tests. On the other hand, I had unprotected sex with my husband and am have to take an emergency contraceptive tablet. I just want to ask if this tablet will have any effect on the said tests & if yes, how long a gap should be left between taking the tablet & test. Thanks.

I suggest you wait for 1 week before getting testosterone and Dhea levels
measured.
