Does Constant Hurting Of Self In Sleep Require Medical Attention?
Recently I have been hurting myself in my sleep and having nightmares nearly every night. I don t know what has brought this on but I am going through a stressful time in my life (gcses) so sleeping for three hours a night isn t ideal. Is there anyway to make this stop? I tried googling what to do and it said something about being possessed. Would I need medication or something?
The hurting of self in sleep with nightmares indicate severe psychological distress and needs immediate medical attention with expert psychiatrist. Till you approach your consultant , deep breathing exercises with meditations and YOGA will help you great deal.
