Does Break From Training Cure Hip Injury?
Hi, i have hip injury ,not quite sure how ive picked it up,could be from running, weight training,or sprinting, im 51, have been running about 20miles a week, was having carf problems too, but they seem to have mostly cleared up with the help of ice, shall take a breake from training after tomorrow, thanks daniel
