Does Being Sexually Inactive For Long Time Affect Fertility Chances?

My husband has not ejaculated for approx 18 mths due to psychological issues he's having with his past childhood sexual abuse. We are now wanting to try to start a family and are wondering if any damage would have been caused from him not being sexually active for a long time.

This would not affect the fertility chances. But to lessen your anxiety, you can go for a semen analysis. If it comes out to be normal, then no need to worry.
