MY SISTER IS VERY DEPRESSED AND REFUSES TO EAT OR DRINK. SHE WEIGHS LESS THAN 80 POUNDS AND REFUSES TO SEE MEDICAL OR MENTAL HEALTH PROFESSIONALS. WE HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT WE CANNOT GET HER ADMITTED TO A HOSPITAL AGAINST HER WILL. WHAT CAN WE DO TO GET HER THE HELP SHE NEEDS,,,,MENTALLY AND PHYSICALLY?

In case, she needs admission, you can take her for OPD base consultation and try to give medication at home. If she does not take medicine, then try to go for admission. You can also try to give her medication in food, with that at least, she would take medicine indirectly.
