Hi,
Cabgolin helps to lower the serum Prolactin levels. Amycordial is an ayurvedic preparation used to treat female infertility. Letrozole is used to induce ovulation. I will be able to comment better if you can furnish me details like hormone assays, menstrual calendar, sonogram reports, assessment of your husband etc. Since you have been married only for six months, I personally would not prescribe any medication until one year, but, educate you on the timing of intercourse to achieve better results. Hope this helps.
