Does An Aortic Gradient Of 20-40 In An Echo Report Indicate Recoarctation?

Hi I had Aortic coarctation when I was born, then I had hert surgery at age 1.5.When I was 16, the doctors saw a recoarctation and put stent.Yesterday in Ecco test, my aortic gradient was 20-40, is it recoarctation? I m 23 and I weight 113kg.Thank you Arash

I really appreciate your concern, the aortic gradient is not the only test to confirm the coarctation but imaging study would be best to rule out the doubt hope this information helps.
