General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Alcohol binge drinking may affect the stomach, liver and bowel and may cause him to vomit up blood and also diarrhea. If he aspirates the acids of the stomach in his airways he may also develop chest pain, fever, cough, etc.

It is very important for him to be sent to the ER as soon as possible because vomiting blood is a medical emergency.

I hope this answers your query. I remain at your disposal in case further medical assistance is needed.

Regards,
