Hi,

First of all the report, you didn't write properly. Is it dilated bowel loops? where is the food debris?

Regarding myometrium you have myometrium thickened it may lead to dysfunctional bleeding so need to consult your gynaecologist.

But I have a doubt about, is it endometrial debris or bowel debris please mention properly. Please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
