Does A Late Period Indicate Pregnancy?

The first date of my last period is 14th Nov,2013.In October my period started on 18th.I had unprotected sex last month and i have not yet started bleeding.I did a pregnancy test today morning and the result was negative.What should i do?Do i have to wait for few more days and redo the test?

It is advisable to do repeat Pregnancy test after waiting for couple of days before resorting to hormonal pills for inducing withdrawal bleeding.
