Does A Breast Bone Injury Need Medical Attention?

I was in a car accident two months ago and did not get check out at the hopital. Since the I have notice soreness right at the breast bone and shoulder and just recently while I sit i get pulsing shooting pain down to my ankle. What would you recomend me doing?

Hello,

At least you should have an X-ray of affected shoulder so that any bone injury can be ruled out. Shooting pain can be due to nerve stretch, it can be sciatica. For this you should take rest, avoid lifting heavy weight. Take a mild analgesic like ibuprofen aspirin or paracetamol.
