Does A Progesterone Shot Cause Green And Yellow Vaginal Discharge?

I am on progesterone both injection and vaginally I had my Embryo transfer this past Wednesday and I have had a yellowish greenish discharge since yesterday but kind of looks like what you would sneeze out if you were sick but it s not super green or bright green it s just a very pale yellowish green. Is this something for me to be concerned about.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

As per my experience of such patients, Progesterone vaginally can give certain discharge as mentioned here. I request to maintain local hygiene and hydration with plenty of liquids to prevent secondary bacterial infection.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
