Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

I think she is experiencing the withdrawal symptoms of sertraline. She has to lower the dose gradually to better tape the discontinuation symptoms. A doctor can easily diagnose the discontinuation symptoms if she takes the dose she used to take and feels better.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
