Does Warfarin Cause Rectal Bleeding And Bloody Blister?

Im taking warfarin for a PE i suffered 2 years ago. I have moved to another state and since changing state, doctor, and pahrmacy i have noticed an increase of sideffects to my warfarin. 3 months ago my dosage was increased to maintain a theurputic level, 2 months ago i started having some light irregular rectal bleeding. 1 month ago i had a cherry something form on my palm(looks like a blood blister) and the rectal bleeding has been more persistent(still light). I have informed my doctor(new doctor) of these things every visit. Could these things have a cause in the change of warfarin source? Or am i getting worse instead of better?
