I m taking vitamin D for a year . Can that help my hair or just bones. Im now going to tell my beautician , not to use blow drying and just shampoo. my hair is still long but getting thin. She just trimmed the ends. What do you think Doctor .
Hello, Vitamin D is good to take but will probably not help with hair loss. Thyroid and Vitamin B12 issues can cause hair loss so ask your doctor to check those levels for you. Good luck to you
