Does UTI Cause Burning Sensation In The Vagina?

LHi, I went to the ER yesterday because I'm preg and I had left side stomach pain. They got blood everything came out good but my urine showed I had a small UTI which i got some antibiotics.... but today I got a new symptom which is like burning sensation on my genital area more like my clitoris is that normal in a UTI

Thank you for following up. It can happens, vulva and urethra are situated very closely. Another cause might be negative effects of antibiotic(Candidiasis). For prophylaxis of it you should drink visilac or bifilac 1 capsule 2 times for 1 month. Use liquid soap with lactic acid for intimate hygiene and keep dry your state organs. Take a shower only. Avoid sweets during treatment. Discuss with your gynaecologist possibility to use of anti-fungal vaginal suppositories.
