Does Tramadol Effectively Relieve Chronic Back Pain?
I have just been prescribed tramadol 50mg from the pain clinic I have had cronic back pain for 30 years at the moment I take two paracetamol and two dihiracodine three times a day and been on this dosage long term am I likely to get better pain relief with tramadol

Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like muscle or ligament strain , bulging or ruptured disks , arthritis , skeletal irregularities or osteoporosis . I would suggest you to take your medicine as per prescription . Tramadol will be effective in relieving back pain . Hi, Tramadol tablet is better medicine for having this type of musculao-skelaton pain. It gives temporary relief from pain. Take with omeprazole or rantac to prevent gastric irritation. Important to know cause of having chronic back pain. Get it diagnosed and go proper treatment of problem. Ok and take care.
