Suffering From Chronic Back Pain

Yes. I have Chronic Back Pain (Degenerative Disc Disease).. I have tried Epidoral shots, many medicines (Meloicam, tramadol, etc...) and nothing works! Physical therapy, and still my pain is from 6 -10. I also have cervical spine issues. All legally documents (I am on SSI/SSD). I am trying to find a pain management doctor who will willingly prescribe something stronger for me to take. I can't take it any more. I live in the Bronx, NY. Any suggestions?
