My boyfriend is 23 years old, he is a smoker and few days ago he just told me that he had a dysfunction in his pituitary gland(Secondary Hypogonadism prepuberty) so his body does not produce FSH & LH, he is on treatment, he takes 2 hormones to stimulate the testicles to produce testosterone and sperms to be able to conceive and then he will take testosterone injection every 3 months. My question are: 1) How effective is the testosterone replacement will be?? Will it restore his erections, sex drive and performance?? and even when he gets older (( about 40-50 years old))?? because i ve read that male testosterone drops 1% when they reach 30s or 40s, so in his cause how it goes?? 2) His sperms report states that the morphology is 95% (( only 5% normal )) So what are the chances to conceive??
