Does Tamsulosin Cause ED?

I recently had a stroke brought on by low blood pressure. I was taking a drug for my enlarged prostate. I t was Tamsulosin 0.4MG CAP. This caused my blod pressure to drop to 89/83. My doctor took me off this and and put me on Fenisteride 5 mg. I have not had another stroke. Now my problem is that I have ED. I would like to know if there is anything else I can take without causing either of these problems?

ta supposing can cause retrograde ejuculation and fin asteroids can cause erectyl dysfunction. if u have enlarged prostate and experiencing these problems, then better to go ahead with TURP( trans recital resection of prostate)!
