Is There A Difference Between Tamsulosin HCL And Tamsulosin?

Is there a difference between Tamsulosin HCL (Hydrochloride) and Tamsulosin as the pill looks different. My new pills are ID'd as Tamsulosin Not Tamsulosin HCL and are the same color except having a ring on each end?

Hi,
These will both be the same drug. They are just labelled slightly differently. I suggest you continue taking them as prescribed.
