Does Roliflo Cause Any Side Effects?
I am taking Roliflo OD 2 mg medicine as prescribed by Urologist at Medanta Hospital Delhi for my urinary probelm . I have a complaint of high frequency of urine specially 3-4 times during night hrs . I am going under medicine for last 2 yrs , 3-4 time KUB U/sound done , PVR chcked nothing is found , except just subnormal flow problem. I had taken medcine Alfo, Darilong , flotrol and now roliflo for last 7 days. having probelm in penertration during sex and also urine taking time to pass, freq is not much of improved still waking up during night hrs , pl. advice what r side effects of Roliflo

Roliflo contains tamsulosin which is used to treat benign prostatic hyperplasia. It helps to relax the muscles of the bladder and prostate glands thereby relieving pain and irritation. Side effects of Roliflo are nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, back pain, headache, dizziness, drowsiness, weakness, body aches, sore throat, stuffy nose, blurred vision, abnormal ejaculation, decreased amount of semen, penis erection that is painful or lasts 4 hours or more, loss of libido, insomnia, allergic reactions etc.
