Does Primolut-N Postpone Periods?

Hello Doctor, This is Arpitha Here. I am 26 yrs old. My period date is on 3rd or 4th of everymonth (Last month it was 3rd).But this 5th we are going out of station for an occasion. So can i take primolut N tablet now. Will it postpone my period date. If i take how much should i take.how many days should i take Thanks in advance. Arpitha

Hello, Arpitha. I really appreciate your concern. You can take 1 tablet of Primolut N three times daily, starting 3 days before the expected onset of menstruation and continuing for not longer than 10 to 14 days. A normal period will occur 2-3 days after you stop taking tablets.
