General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Perfectil is a multivitamin product so there are minimum chances of any serious side effect.

Constipation, diarrhea or upset stomach may occur. These effects are usually temporary and may disappear as your body adjusts to this medication. So skin darkening does not seem to be related to the multivitamin that you are taking.

If your knuckle and feet are progressively becoming dark, see your physician.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Prabhash Verma,
