Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. Not necessarily, but, postponing of cycle using hormones can lead to transient hormone imbalance. This is possibly what is happening to you now. Please wait until your expected period and if you do not see it, please see a specialist for further evaluation and management. Even if you get an early period in this cycle, do not worry. The hormone levels are likely to be restored in a couple of cycles. Hope this helps.
