Does Lisinopril-Hydrochlorothiazide 10-12.5 Mg Cause Headache And High BP?

I ve been having a headache since Tuesday, I was told to check my BP so I did it was 144 over 99 & I ve started a new scrip lisinopril-hctz 10/12.5mg along with what I was already taking lisinopril 2.5mg it just seems like since starting the new meds I ve been having this headache

Lisinopril is a drug aimed to bring down the blood pressure. You may require additional anti-hypertensives to control the blood pressure. Consult a physician and he will direct you accordingly.
