Hi & Welcome.
Generally they are safe and do not cause complications in future pregnancy.

The post coital contraceptive pills like I-pills are very safe and do not cause abortion or harm future fertility.

Side-effects are similar to those experienced by women using regular oral contraceptive pills and generally mild in nature.

They are not known cause any problems with the follicles count.

However, frequent use of I-pills can result in increased side-effects such as menstrual irregularities which may interfere with future pregnancy.

Hope this answers your query.
