General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear. Welcome to Healthcaremagic. I read your query and I understand your concern. This are all side effects of hydrocodone acetaminophen. To reduce the risk of dizziness and lightheadedness, get up slowly when rising from a sitting or lying position.

Remember that your doctor has prescribed this medication because he or she has judged that the benefit to you is greater than the risk of side effects.
Take care.
Hope my answer was helpful, if you have any other questions I'll be glad to help you. Best regards Dr Olgeta Xhufka general and family physician.
