Does Effexor Cause Severe Headache And Fatigue?
Hello, I started taking Effexor IR about a month ago. I ve had joint and muscle pain on and off for a number of years but since starting Effexor it seems have gotten worse. I also am experiencing more frequent and intense headaches and muscle fatigue along with the pain. Could these be side effects of the Effexor or am I just having a horrible winter?

It is not related to Effexor. As a first line management, you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.
If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated.
