Does Citrucel Help In The Treatment Of Diarrhea?
I read on line that Citrucel helps to firm up stool that is too loose. I bought a bottle of the stuff, and it says that it is used for constipation. I called Citrucel about it, and their answer was a bit contradictory. Will this product help or worsen my loose stool? I think it may have been brought on by intake of magnesium oxide, which I have now learned causes loose stool.

Citrucel won't help for your problem because it is used to treat constipation patients. You already diarrhea patient so it may aggravate your problem so don't use.
Use tablet Sporulac thrice a day for five days, use soft diet and ORS liquid as much as you can. If symptoms do not improve, please consult your physician; he will examine and treat you accordingly.
