Does Ciprofloxacin Have An Anti-inflammatory Effect?

Does ciprofloxacin have an anti-inflammatory effect, and is it ever used to treat inflammation? I ask because I have been experiencing severe shoulder pain for a couple of years (due I am told to arthritis. And I ve noticed on a couple of occasions that when I ve been given ciprofloxacin for an infection (UTI or prostatitis) the pain in my soulder almost vanished.

it is an antibiotic and after controlling infection it control inflammation.basicaly it is an antibiotic used to treat enteric fever and uti.can be used to treat gastro enteritis.
