Can Zegerid Be Taken For Gastritis While On Ciprofloxacin?
I’am a 24 year old male with acute gastritis, I’ve been recently put on ciprofloxacin for another cause but I feel it’s making the gastritis worse. I’ve been taking Zegerid but scared to with the ciprofloxacin. how do I get rid of the gastritis? & should I still taking the ciprofloxacin?

Zegrid is a brand name of Omeprazole. You can safely take Zegrid while you are on Omeprazole. It will not interact with each other. You can take Zegrid in the empty stomach before breakfast and Ciprofloxacin after the food for best results. Avoid hot and spicy foods to prevent gastritis related problems.
