Does Aspirin Intake Cause Dizziness?

Eight weeks ago (estimated) I took two aspirins (max strength) every 4 to 6 hours for colds for 2 days, and then did it again maybe four more times to get rid of residual colds. About a week after I have had this feeling of light-headedness that would last for a few seconds. It does not happen all the time, but I concern about it. Could that have been caused by excessive aspirin that I took?
