Doc, I'm 51 years old. I work 16 to 18 hours a day, 7 days a week. I try to eat right, but at least one meal a day is "drive through" junk. I smoke a pack a day, drink 5 to 7 20 oz cups of coffee a day, several energy drinks and usually 3 to 4 "energy pills a day.

My question is; does this type of daily life effect my eyes, both in appearance and actual vision and my overall psychiatric mood, (other that being grouchy from being tired)
