General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Is your Menses is under regular cycle? I suggest you to take a urine pregnancy test or a blood Beta hCG test to rule out pregnancy. If it turns out to be negative then do an ultrasonograpy of the pelvis and consult your gynecologist for further diagnosis and treatment.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Indhu Priyadharshini, General & Family Physician
