General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As the smoking is continuous, there are all high chances of the lung spots to be of cancer. However, a lung biopsy is essential for the final diagnosis and curative guidelines accordingly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
