Do Red Pimples Below The Eyes Suggest Digestion Problems?

I have acidity sensation problem ,my stomach does not digest the food ,When I was student I used to eat and after eating I sleep.That created the problem ,but due to this problem my eyes got red and small pimple are below my eyes which are not permanent it becomes red with pimple and in normal pimple & redeness below eyes disappears .I need the treatment or remedy to get rid off this problem specially eye pimple problem .

Let's think of common things first like folliculitis or a even a simple stye can cause such lesions so let's get examined first and then decide as to what to do.
