Do Piles Cause Swelling In The Anus?

Hi, i have piles problem, i dont know whether we call it as piles or some other disease, while passing stood it will be very hard and very pain, i am suffering this since 1 yrs. the place where pass stood will be swelling and sometimes it gets blocked, heavy pain will be there, it will there for a week or 10 days, can you pls give me permenant solution for this, do i need to go for operation, if so how much hospital people will charge for operation. can you pls suggest me the best way to get permenant relief.

As you mention about pain, swelling when pass stool the diagnosis leads to piles or some remote possibilities or other causes like fissure or fistula. This will be cleared only after diagnosis by your surgeon. Well come to HCM
Two possibility may be likely first is Fissure and second would be hemorrhoid, you need to get rid of constipation and for that drink more water have fiber containing diet, stool softener can be tried and Isabgol is the best option, for the pain Policresulen ointment can be tried, get done the clinical examination to differentiate the conditions, take care.
