Do Pain Medications Cause Irregular Flow During Periods?

I had my wisdom teeth removed last Friday and my period was supposed to begin on Saturday, and it did, but I just had one heavy blood day and it s usually two and by day number 3 and 4 I bleed just a little bit. Also, my pee smells like medicine so I don t know. Did my painkillers caused all of that?

Hello and welcome to Healthcamagic.
I'don't think this is caused by painkillers and it may be more likely some hormonal imbalance so you should check estrogen levels and do ovarian ultrasound.
I hope I have answered your query. I wish you a nice day.
