General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Pcos is an ovulation problem. Supposed to be due to hormonal imbalance. Overweight is supposed to increase insulin resistance &thereby disturb hormonal balance.

Both the drugs you are taking (dia phase. Primosa l000)are helping reduce tuin of weight & thereby improving ovulation problem. So these drugs do not affect pregnancy.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Vasudha Jayant Athavale, General & Family Physician
