Hi,

Thanks for the query,

It would help to know when your last menstrual period was to comment upon pregnancy. Also it is only two weeks since attempting pregnancy. Remember that maximum chances of conception are between day 12-18 in a women with regular 28 days cycles. Please check if you had sexual contact during these days. Also symptoms of pregnancy like nausea, vomiting etc usually begin after at least 10-14 days after the missed period. They may occur early in some women. Please check the date of your period and correlate.

The pink discharge may be due to implantation bleeding: this happens sometimes around the time of the expected menstrual period in some women when the baby is getting just attached to the uterus.

Other causes may be a menstrual period, missed abortion [where the baby is no longer alive but still inside the uterus], trauma due to sex, and lesions of the cervix like erosion [infection of cervix], polyps [small tumors]. A gynec examination and ultrasound will help in detecting most of these.

I suggest that you first check if you have missed your period. If yes, get a pregnancy test done if it is more than 7 days past your period. If this is not the case, and you are nearing the date of your menses, this might be menstrual blood or if not then you will need to be examined by a gynecologist for understanding the cause.

Hope this satisfies your query.
