Do Fatigue, Confusion And Headache Occur With Cymbalta/Vyvanse Interaction?
I just started 20mg of Vivance and today was day 3....tapered off of Cymbalta and stopped klonipin with last dose of Klonipin .(25 am and .25 pm) Monday morning and last cymbalta last evening..(20 mg) I had tapered off and last dose before last night was Sunday) days one and 2 were productive and my brain stopped spinning for first time in years...today was terrible...exhausted, confused, lips seemed numb, and headache...could this be a withdrawal from klonipin even though small dose or cymbalta/Vivance interaction? Help!!!
Suggestive of serotonin syndrome. Based on the history you seem to have developed serotonin syndrome apparently caused by Cymbalta / Vynanse interaction. Consult your doctor immediately to adjust the dose of these medications or to prescribed alternative effectives but safer medications.
Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Dr. Mohammed Taher Ali, General & Family Physician
